In-home, in real life

Mornings, meals, playtime, bedtime — we teach skills inside the routines where your child actually needs them, so progress sticks.

🗺️

A plan as unique as your child

Your BCBA starts with your child's strengths and your family's goals, then builds a step-by-step plan that grows with them.

🎉

Insurance

What in-home ABA actually costs a New Jersey family

Most families pay far less than the hourly rate suggests, because insurance does the heavy lifting. What comes out of your pocket is your deductible, then your coinsurance, up to your plan's out-of-pocket maximum. ABA runs every week, so most families reach that maximum and then pay nothing more for the rest of the plan year. On NJ FamilyCare there is no cost sharing at all for children under 21.

We verify your exact benefits free, before you commit to anything, and we tell you the real number rather than a range. See how the math works, or check your carrier.

FAQ

Questions parents ask us first

How soon can my child start ABA therapy?
There is no waitlist. Once we have a diagnosis and your insurance is verified, most families start within a few weeks. The paperwork is usually what sets the pace, and we handle that part.
Do you come to our home?
Yes. All of our ABA therapy is delivered in your home and in the places your child already goes, across all 21 New Jersey counties. Skills learned at your kitchen table tend to stay learned, which is the whole point.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
Most New Jersey plans, including Horizon, Aetna, Cigna, NJ FamilyCare and Medicaid through PerformCare. We verify your exact benefits free before you commit to anything. See our insurance guide for the details by carrier.
How many hours a week will my child need?
It depends on the assessment, not on a package. Most children start somewhere between 10 and 25 hours a week, and your BCBA adjusts that as goals are met. We will not recommend hours your child does not need.
Do we need an autism diagnosis before starting?
Yes, insurance requires a current diagnostic evaluation before ABA can be authorized. If you do not have one yet, call us anyway and we will point you toward evaluators in your county.
What will ABA therapy actually cost us?
With insurance, what you pay is your deductible, then coinsurance, up to your out-of-pocket maximum. Because ABA is weekly, most families reach that maximum and pay nothing further that plan year. On NJ FamilyCare there is no cost sharing at all for children under 21.
Who actually works with my child?
A Registered Behavior Technician runs the day-to-day sessions, supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who designs the plan, reviews the data and adjusts goals. You meet your BCBA before therapy begins.
What ages do you work with?
From early intervention in the toddler years through the teenage years and into young adulthood. Earlier is generally better, but there is no age at which ABA stops being useful.
